Members also retain full control over their information, with the option to share personal details in posts or through our messaging feature at their discretion.

Our messaging function provides a safe and efficient communication channel between potential buyers and property owners. Users can exchange photos and documents securely, without the need to disclose personal details or contact information, ensuring privacy and peace of mind throughout the interaction.

Fully optimized for both desktop and mobile devices, REALE's messaging feature delivers a smooth and user-friendly experience, allowing seamless communication on any screen size.

In addition, users have full control over their conversations. Either party (buyer or owner) can delete the chat, ensuring that both participants lose access to the conversation. This feature allows members to maintain control over their communication and decide if they wish to continue the interaction.

At REALE, only verified property owners can post listings, ensuring that buyers deal directly with legitimate sellers. This eliminates the confusion caused by multiple agents posting the same property and significantly reduces the risk of fraudulent listings. Buyers can have confidence knowing that each property represents a unique, verified opportunity.

To guarantee authenticity, property owners must submit official documents for verification. For existing properties, acceptable documents include, but are not limited to, a header from the quit rent (cukai tanah) or assessment fee (cukai pintu) bill. For new or under-construction properties, verification is based on details from the Sales and Purchase Agreement.

At REALE, we understand that striking visuals are essential in attracting potential buyers. That's why we prioritize accurate and representative property photos across all listings. For existing properties, we do not permit the use of misleading images, such as artist's impressions. Listings that only feature photos of amenities or the surrounding areas are also not allowed.

For new or under-construction properties, showroom photos and artist's impressions are permitted. Each listing will be clearly marked with a note stating, "This is a new property and is currently under construction." ensuring full transparency.
