Platform Policy

The REALE platform and this campaign are exclusively for property owners. Property agents are not permitted to post listings on REALE.

Earn Entries

Each month your listing remains active will count as an entry into the draw.

Example: A listing posted in January earns 3 entries (for January, February, and March).

Eligibility

Only listings that remain active on the platform as of the campaign's end date will be eligible for the draw.

Winner Announcement

One winner will be selected randomly for the campaign. The winner will be announced on this page and REALE's social media channels and will receive a cash prize of RM200.

Notification

The winner will be contacted through email and phone.

Verification Process

A simple verification will be conducted to ensure the winner's identity matches the REALE account and listed property.

Prize Delivery

If possible, the prize will be presented in person. Otherwise, it will be transferred online.

Transparency Requirement

A photo of the winner with the prize is required for posting on REALE's platform and social media channels to ensure transparency. However, the winner's personal information will remain confidential.

Note: Winners who decline this requirement will forfeit the prize, and a new winner will be selected offline.

Usage Rights

REALE reserves the right to use the winner's photo for promotional purposes.
